Fox Lawson & Associates Will Conduct a Classification Review and Compensation Study for the County of Charleston, SC

Fox Lawson & Associates has been engaged by the County of Charleston, South Carolina to conduct a classification review and compensation study for all its employee positions. The study will examine the job evaluation system and its pay practices to establish a new pay strategy. The study will also involve a competitive wage survey to compare wages for similar jobs in the relevant public and private labor market. A new compensation program will be prepared.
