Fox Lawson & Associates Will Conduct a Classification and Compensation Study for the City of Danville, Virginia

Fox Lawson & Associates has been engaged by the City of Danville, Virginia to conduct a competitive compensation study for all its employee positions. The study will conduct a custom designed market survey of competitive wages and benefits to compare to similar jobs in the relevant labor market. A new compensation program will be prepared.
