Fox Lawson & Associates Hired to Conduct a Compensation and Staffing Study for the City of Des Plaines, Illinois

Fox Lawson & Associates has been hired by the City of Des Plaines to conduct a compensation and staffing study of its non-represented classes. The study will involve a competitive wage survey to compare wages paid to employees in similar jobs in the relevant labor market. The staffing study will review staff levels in comparison to similar cities to determine if the City has the appropriate level of staff to meet citizen needs.
