Fox Lawson & Associates Will Conduct a Job Evaluation and Compensation Study for Des Moines Metropolitan Transit Authority

Fox Lawson & Associates has been engaged by the Des Moines Metropolitan Transit Authority to conduct a job evaluation and compensation study for all its non-represented employee positions. The study will evaluate jobs to address issues related to internal equity. The study will also involve a competitive wage survey to compare wages for similar jobs in the relevant labor market. A new compensation schedule will be prepared.
