Fox Lawson & Associates LLC has been hired to conduct a position classification, job evaluation and market compensation study for The City of Grants Pass, Oregon. The study will cover jobs in all occupational groups. Included in the study is a review of the City's compensation philosophy, including definition of appropriate labor markets for all occupational groups.
