Fox Lawson & Associates has been engaged by the Harrisburg Area Community College to conduct a classification and compensation study for
all its non-faculty employee positions. The study will conduct job analysis, write job descriptions and evaluate jobs to address issues
related to internal equity. The study will also involve a competitive wage survey to compare wages for similar jobs in the relevant labor
market. A new classification and compensation program will be prepared.
