The City of Kansas City, Missouri Hires Fox Lawson & Associates To Reengineer the Classification, Compensation and Performance Evaluation System

Fox Lawson & Associates, a compensation and human resources consulting firm, is pleased to announce that it has recently been engaged by the City of Kansas City, Missouri to reengineer the classification, compensation and performance evaluation system. The study will involve a review of all positions, the development of a new compensation structure and adjustments to their pay for performance model. The study will involve an analysis of market wages to compare wages paid to City employees.
