Fox Lawson & Associates Will Conduct a Compensation Study for Kent County, MI

Fox Lawson & Associates, a compensation and human resources consulting firm, is pleased to announce that it has recently been engaged by Kent County in Grand Rapids, Michigan to conduct an analysis of compensation for all non union positions in the County. The analysis will include an assessment of the competitive market for similar jobs and a redesign of their performance management and pay for performance system.
