Fox Lawson & Associates LLC Hired to Conduct a Job Classification and Compensation Study Covering all Non-Faculty Positions for Kishwaukee College

Fox Lawson & Associates has been hired by Kishwaukee Community College, IL to conduct a review of the job classification and compensation system covering all non-faculty positions and develop a comprehensive classification and compensation system.

The study will include a review of the duties performed by all non faculty employees, development or revision of the new classification structure and preparation of job descriptions for all classes, installation of a formal job evaluation methodology to assist the College in maintaining appropriate internal relationships of all job classes and to assist in slotting new positions as they are created in the future. Finally, the study will include an assessment of compensation levels relative to other community colleges and other relevant markets.
