Fox Lawson & Associates Will Conduct A Comprehensive Pay Study for Nassau County, NY

Fox Lawson & Associates has been engaged by Nassau County to conduct a comprehensive pay and classification study of all positions. The county is interested in replacing their current system and moving to a modernized pay system. The study will study and develop new classification descriptions and compare market competitive compensation levels to the salaries of current employee salaries. Comparisons will be made to other counties, cities and other similar organizations in the northeastern US.
