City of Riverside, CA Hires Fox Lawson & Associates To Conduct a Classification and Compensation Study of Employee Positions

Fox Lawson & Associates, a compensation and human resources consulting firm, is pleased to announce that it has recently been engaged by the City of Riverside, CA to conduct a classification and competitive market compensation study of all employee positions. The study will involve a review of the duties performed by all non-sworn employees and the development of a new classification structure. The study will also involve an analysis of market wages to compare wages paid to City employees.
