The result is that our clients spend their employee compensation and benefit dollars more effectively.

Fox Lawson & Associates, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc is the successor firm to Ernst & Young LLP's Minneapolis based compensation and human resources consulting group. The partners of Fox Lawson & Associates (James C. Fox, and Bruce G. Lawson) comprised the leadership of Ernst & Young's Minneapolis based compensation and human resources consulting practice for 13 years, prior to forming Fox Lawson & Associates in 1995.

Our staff has provided services to businesses of all sizes in nearly every industry, including finance, manufacturing, high tech, software development, food, retail, wholesale trade, communications, transportation, service, not-for-profit and education.

We provide consulting services throughout the country on a project or hourly basis. We currently have offices in Arizona and Minnesota.
